10 Heart Touching Duas From The Holy Quran
Although praying is the primary form of worship in Islam, however, Islam also encourages its followers to extend their relationship with Allah Almighty and indulge in additional forms of praying. For Muslims, this world is merely transitory and the real life lies in the world hereafter. Quran mentions of the dua for this very reason in the following way:
“Our Lord! Grant us good in this world and good in the life to come and keep us safe from the torment of the Fire” (2:201)
For Patience And Endurance:
One of the major problem with humans of the present age is that we are all impatient and cannot face difficulty. Our Lord! Bestow on us endurance and make our foothold sure and give us help against those who reject faith. (2:250)

When a person commits too much sins, the ultimate result is the heart becoming heavy and dull because of all that load. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and efface our bad deeds and take our souls in the company of the righteous. (3:193)
Asking Allah For Being Among The Righteous:

Our Lord! Place us not among the people who have been guilty of evildoing. (7:47)

Our Lord! Lay open the truth between us and our people, for You are the best of all to lay open the truth. (7:89)
Asking For Mercy:

Our Lord! Bestow on us mercy from Your presence and dispose of our affairs for us in the right way. (18:10)
Asking Better Spouses And Children:
Spouse and children are two most important components of the life of a person. Both these people when present in life and good to a person make life better and happier, therefore, naturally every person wants to have the best of those. For such people, the dua mentioned in Quran is as follows:
Our Lord! Grant that our spouses and our offspring be a comfort to our eyes, and give us the grace to lead those who are conscious of You. (25:74)
